Furiosa Backstage
Terms
The intended basis of the service, in plain language.
Placeholder, not reviewed by a lawyer. This page sets out the intended basis of the service in plain language. It is not a contract and it has not been through legal review. It will be replaced before Backstage is sold publicly.
The service
Furiosa Backstage collects data from systems you connect and presents it against your events. It is a reporting tool. It does not sell tickets, take payments from your customers or run your advertising.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite to your account and for what they do in it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think an account has been used by someone who should not have access.
Connected systems
By connecting a system you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and they can change or withdraw their interfaces. If a feed stops reporting, Backstage will show that it is missing rather than guess.
Accuracy
Backstage shows what the connected systems report, along with the time each figure was read. It does not warrant that a third party's figures are correct, and figures shown here should not be treated as a substitute for a settlement statement from your ticket agent or an invoice from an advertising platform.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned work where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Pricing
Pricing is agreed with each customer. There is no published price list at the moment, and nothing on this website is an offer to supply at any particular price.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. Closing it removes your data from Backstage, so export anything you want to keep first.
Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales.
